Today, I stepped on a scale for the first time in a couple weeks. Since Jan 1st, I have started to eliminate all the foods that I am newly allergic to; Corn & Corn Products, Wheat & Soy. Crazy enough, I've lost seven pounds!
This is so exciting! I have been struggling to lose weight in the recent past, and have gained quite a bit very quickly. I've heard that when you continue to consume foods that you are allergic or sensitive to, your weight can increase due to inflammation. And it can also make it difficult to lose weight. (Who would have thought?!)
I would love to hear from any of you that have experienced the same thing, and look forward to digging deeper into this topic!
